Shipping Information

1. Spend $50 or more and shipping is on us! A shipping and handling charge of $15 will be added to any order under $50. Products shipped via DHL, EMS are normally delivered within 4~8 business days after shipment.

Also, the package may delay when some important festival (for example: the Springfestival and Chrismas day, Chinese National day) or natural disaster (for example: volcanicexplosion, dense fog and so on). So Please contact with us if you can't get item over 30 days.

2. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or control the package. So please confirm your shipping address before pay for it, and leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.

3.Items are generally shipped out within 3 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded).

4. As your bags ship, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information for each of your shipments.
